Travel time from Sydney to Bilpin Springs Lodge is approximately one hour 20 minutes. The journey is very easy and straightforward. From Sydney city cross the Harbour Bridge, follow freeway signs to Windsor, join Epping Road and then take the M2 freeway (tollway). Stay on the M2 freeway right until the end set of traffic lights and turn right onto Old Windsor Rd (do not exit the freeway before the end at Windsor Rd). Follow Old Windsor Road and signs to Windsor and Richmond, then onto Kurrajong (Heights) and Bilpin. Pass through Bilpin Village, see Bilpin Public School on left hand side of road. Bilpin Springs Road is 100 meters ahead on right hand side of road. Turn onto Bilpin Springs road, travel for 700 meters then see Bilpin Springs Lodge on right hand side.
For visitors travelling from Katoomba/Blackheath, the trip to Bilpin Springs Lodge takes 30/40 minutes. Take Great Western Highway to Mt Victoria, turn right at the Hotel Imperial/Mt Victoria onto Darling Causeway and follow signs to Bell and Richmond/Windsor. Join Bells Line of Road at Bell and follow signs to Richmond/Windsor. Travel past Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens then past fruit stalls and a BP petrol station on left hand side of road. Bilpin Springs road is approx 2 kms further, on left hand side of road. Turn left and follow instructions as above. If you see Bilpin Public School/Bilpin Village please turn around and backtrack one minute to Bilpin Springs road.
