Bushfires around Bilpin didn't cause any damage to the lodge. Here's a photo from 23 Oct looking out from the front verandah.

Good morning Mike
Just a short note to thank you for the use of your wonderful facility at Bilpin Springs Lodge over this past weekend.
Kath spoilt us with her hospitality and breakfast provision, please pass on our sincere thanks to her.
The whole place was presented beautifully and Coola was a real hit with all of us. The grandchildren had a ball getting to know all the animals and the ‘games’ room kept them occupied when they were not able to go outside.
All in all, an absolute magic family experience made all the better by the facility given to us.
Congratulations, and we look forward to returning again.

Stayed in Bilpin Springs Lodge with our large family and had a wonderful time. As there were 17 of us - the grandparents, parents and their children - we took over the whole Lodge and we were so happy with our choice. Everything was done to ensure that we had a weekend to remember. The bedrooms, all with ensuites, were very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and very well appointed. The living areas were spacious as well, with a wonderful fire which we needed at night, since the weather was becoming cooler. The children enjoyed the huge play area, fortunately under cover, as well as the half size pool table, but the piece de resistance was the spa. Heated to 37 degrees, it was very popular with almost all the group.

Breakfast was also provided for every day of our stay, which was actually 3 nights, four days, and was generous.

We went apple picking at the orchard just up the hill, which all enjoyed, the kids canoed on the lake, and we all relaxed and unwound from our usually busy lives.

I do feel, like some of the other reviewers, that it could be difficult sharing with others, but the ambience of the place I'm sure would get over this.

Hi Mike

The team said that had the most amazing weekend and thank you very much.
My boss accidentally brought home a key for Room 1. I will express post it back to you today. Sorry about that.
Thank you for an amazing experience for them.

Thank you Mike and Kath.

We all had such a wonderful time at Bilpin Lodge last Tuesday for my Wedding Celebrations.
We were very happy with the lodge itself. Very appropriate for what we needed, being a large group of 12.
I was very grateful to you both for being so accommodating, letting others come for breakfast, and then your generous nature of letting us use the other room to get changed for my wedding.
I don't know how we would have manage if not for your generosity.

We even had a nice time with the other guests staying at the lodge.
Loved that we could get up in the morning and walk down to the dam.

Staying at the was just perfect..
I will be recommending (have already) Bilpin Lodge to others, and will be back to stay if ever down that way.

Thank you.

Dear Mike,
We stayed at Bilpin Springs Lodge over the long Easter weekend -8 adults - 4 teenagers.
We had a wonderful time, the lodge is great and the property is beautiful, plenty of space and lots to do. The fireplace was great had the fire on during our stay.
Thankyou to kath and the girls for there hospitality and the lodge was very clean and she wasn't very far away.
We met Pete the python on our first day but kept our distance.
We would definitely recommend the lodge to everyone and we will definitely be back maybe Xmas in July that would be lovely.

Hi Mike,
We had a fab time and everyone would love to return to the lodge whenever I do another Sketching Trip.
So looks like I'll do something again at some time.
It was a pink/gold misty morning on Tuesday and I took this as the sun was coming through.
Use it if you wish.
Thank you to you and particularly Kath. She's a treasure.
