Book out the whole lodge privately for your next conference; Bilpin Springs is a great small conference venue for seminars, sales training & planning meetings. You have the whole lodge to enjoy & use on a private basis. Our meeting room, setup boardroom style comfortably seats 20 people. There’s full AV & presentation facilities. Including projector, widescreen TV, flip chart & white board. There’s WIFI internet access, good mobile phone coverage & easy road access from all Sydney areas, north & south coasts (via M7) and central west NSW via Lithgow. There’s numerous breakout spaces at Bilpin Springs where smaller groups can split-off & meet. It’s quiet, productive & a great environment to achieve results.

Meeting room space = 60sqm. Lodge is not a day use or function centre. It's an overnight B&B/small conference venue.

Two conference venue catering packages are available. Self catering or fully catered. Many corporate visitors want to self cater. As a team group bonding exercise preparing lunch & especially dinner (eg BBQ by the spa) is enjoyed as a great ice-breaker by many groups. There’s also several nearby restaurants where you can eat-in or get takeaway brought back to the lodge. Or if you prefer, Bilpin Springs Lodge can provide full catering including morning & afternoon tea, lunches & dinners. All excellent options – we’ll work directly with you to deliver the style of successful event that you want at the right budget.

The lodge accommodates a maximum of 20+ guests across a mix of couples rooms as well as family suites. Max 7 separate bedrooms are available with 20 individual beds (mix of queen, double, single & bunk). A great mix of rooms for your group. All bedrooms have ensuite or adjacent private bathrooms. Fri/Sat is minimum 2 night stay Midweek & Sunday 1 night stay is all OK Rates incl private use of whole lodge, breakfast each morning, access to and use of all outstanding lodge facilities. Tea/coffee/ice water is available at all times. Standard check-in time is from 2pm. Checkout is at 10am. Early arrival or late departure is all OK. Rates are listed above.
